Stephen Wilkinson, President, CEO & Director, is a mining executive, corporate director and business consultant based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Since September 2002, he has served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of ValGold Resources Ltd., an international mining development company, TSX-Venture Exchange listed under the symbol, VAL. Prior to which, Mr. Wilkinson was President, CEO and Director of Northern Orion Explorations Ltd. for the period of 1999 to 2002. From 1996 to 1999, he was the Vancouver-based mining analyst for RBC Dominion Securities Inc. responsible for small capitalization gold and base metal companies. Mr. Wilkinson has extensive experience in the mining and finance industries having served as an officer and director of several private and public companies, supplemented over the past three decades by experience working for mining companies and government agencies. Mr. Wilkinson has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario (Geology, 1976), a Master of Science from Carleton University in Ottawa (Geology, 1983) and an MBA degree from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY (1995).

Andrew Milligan, Chairman & Director, has been engaged in the management of companies involved in gold mining and exploration for the past 30 years, and has been a director of ValGold since December 2002. Mr. Milligan is a former President of Glamis Gold Ltd. and Cornucopia Resources Ltd. and is currently a director of a number of Vancouver-based mining companies with shares listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He has held senior-executive positions in Canada and the United Kingdom with British Aerospace, Rolls Royce, TRV Minerals Corp. and is also a director and officer of Contrarian Resource Fund 2003 Management Ltd., a limited partnership that invests in flow-through shares of junior Canadian mineral exploration companies. Mr. Milligan has a Masters of Arts from Glasgow University and brings a wealth of business experience as an independent director to the Company.

Shannon M. Ross, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary, brings more than 25 years of accounting and financial management experience to ValGold. Shannon began her career in public practice, moved to mining industry as an internal auditor for Cominco Ltd., and has served as CFO for several mining companies before joining ValGold. Ms. Ross holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a registered Chartered Accountant.

Tom Pollock, M.Sc.A., P. Geo., has served as Vice President Exploration of Valgold Resources Ltd. since January 2005 and brings to the Company more than 25 years of exploration and management experience. Mr. Pollock held various positions with BHP Minerals Ltd. from 1980 to 2000 and worked in several countries, including, Canada, Mali, Ghana, Saudi Arabia and China. His last position with BHP was Country Manager (Exploration) for China where he managed several joint ventures and four exploration offices. Following this, Tom worked as a geological consultant for a number of Vancouver based exploration companies. Mr. Pollock graduated from Queen's University in 1977 with a B.Sc. in geology and from McGill University in 1980 where he received a M.Sc.A. in mineral exploration.

Sargent Berner, Director, is a graduate of the University of British Columbia where he received his B.A. in 1963 and his LL.B. in 1966, and the London School of Economics, London, England where he received the degree of Master of Laws in 1967. He has practised corporate, securities and natural resources law as a partner in the Vancouver law firm of DuMoulin Black since 1976.

Dr. A. Darryl Drummond, Director, earned a B.A.Sc. and M.A.Sc. in geological engineering at the University of British Columbia and a Ph.D in geology from the University of California at Berkeley. For 15 years he was associated with the Placer Development Group of Companies. Since 1981, he has been President of D.D.H. Geomanagement Ltd., a mineral-industry consulting firm, covering all aspects of mineral deposit evaluation including precious and base metals and industrial minerals, primarily in North and South America. Dr. Drummond brings 40 years of mining expertise to the ValGold Board.

Bill Witte, Director, brings more than 26 years of mining, engineering, business, and entrepreneurial experience to ValGold. He holds degrees in both Civil (University of Nevada, Reno 1976) and Mechanical Engineering (University of Arizona 1978), and he is a registered Professional Engineer in the Province of British Columbia. His mining and engineering experience covers not only all aspects of mine exploration, process research and development, and operations, but also engineering, construction and corporate management. Mr. Witte has been responsible for various aspects of over 200 mining and technology projects around the world and the successful development of numerous profitable mining ventures.

Ken Yurichuk, Director, is a professional accountant in public practice for more than 25 years, and is a partner in the firm of Bobot and Yurichuk based in Toronto. Mr. Yurichuk currently serves as chief financial officer and director of Contrarian Resource Fund 2003 Management Ltd., director of Mavrix Fund Management Inc., a publicly traded mutual fund corporation, and has been an officer and director of several other private and public companies. He is also a tax lecturer for the Chartered Accountants Association.

Pedro ("Peter") Tinoco joined ValGold's board of directors in April, 2007. Mr. Tinoco has been with the Cisneros Group of Companies ("CGC") since 1978 and has been Vice President of Mining for CGC since 1989. He was responsible for the Joint Venture between CGC and Goldfields Limited, formerly Goldfields of South Africa and until recently, managed the mining development projects in Venezuela that are currently under option with ValGold. In addition, Mr.Tinoco was the President of the Venezuelan Mining Chamber for two consecutive terms, President of the Venezuelan Gold Association and Director for the Mining Industry in the Federation of Industrial and Commercial Chambers (FEDECAMARAS) of Venezuela. He was also the President of the Latin American Mining Organization from 1996 to 2006 where he is still an active member. Currently, Mr. Tinoco is the President of Venevision Studios LLC and Venevision Productions LLC., companies located in Miami, Florida dedicated to the production of television programs for the Hispanic population of the United States and the rest of the world. Mr. Tinoco holds a Masters in Business Administration from St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Emporia Kansas State University.
